Best Film at Swagger Fest 2015, 9 Words is a short film written by Ty Hall and directed by Will Burney. It was inspired by Hemingway's 6 word short story. The goal was to film in such a way that no dialogue was needed to convey the emotion and tension of the scene. Much the same way that Hemingway uses few words to allow the reader to infer the story without giving all the details.
